Sengoku Basara II

Sengoku Basara (Anime) - I say anime because this anime is an adaption of the game Sengoku Basara. If you watch anime you know how notorious it is to get an anime based after a game that sucks. But at first glance the show seemed very good. The anime is very manly and if you are a manly man you should defiantly watch the show. The dialog is full and exaggerated with so much passion. The characters speak righteously and with justice. The show like I said before has one of the manliest casts I've ever seen in a show before. I mean its not a bunch of teenage high school guys these are men. With that said the cast inst really anything to special just a bunch of guys fighting it out you don't really get any character development and the show is all over the place at times. There is one thing that saves this show from a low rating by me its the stunning animations I mean they are realistic and with all the manly battles going on in the show this is great to have. There are two fights in particular that come to mind one in episode 2 and one in episode 12 these two are the best. Well my rating is 7/10

Requests

If you have an anime you would like me to watch or review please post it in the comments section of this post and when I get around to watching it I will post a review for you.

Sekimatsu Occult Academy

Sekimatsu Occult Academy - This anime is about The Waldstein Academy a school dedicated to the study of paranormal activities and phenomenon. The school was created by a man named Junichiro Kumashiro he built the school over the course of his life all the while neglecting his family. In turn forcing him to lose his daughter and wife. He dies and his daughter Maya now a teenager is faced with the responsibility of becoming the schools new principle. A man from the future appears and says that the school is going to be ground zero for a cataclysmic alien takeover of the planet. The show is fill with many mysteries and occult occurrences. There is a little bit of comedy in the show between the two main characters but the relationship between them becomes stronger in later episodes. This is a good watch and I really can't give it a rating yet i'll come back and edit once the series is over.

Mitsudomoe

Mitsudomoe - This show is about a new teacher at a school that has been given a class with the three biggest problem children at the school. Turns out these three are all sisters and they act off of each other throughout the anime. One is scary, one is the good child and the other is a snotty stuck up popular "bad girl." The anime is full of humor and quite frankly it is a great anime. I like the humor its a bit childish and slap stick but there are a lot of adult overtones. All in all it seems childish but it's good and I get a kick out of the comedy. I would give this a 7.5/10

High School of The Dead

High School of The Dead - This show is based on the whole cliche zombie story. The infection starts and it begins fully spreading throughout Japan a gym teacher at a local high school finds a mysterious man outside the school gates and confronts the individual. He is then bitten this is when all hell breaks lose. This is when a group of students band together in the midst of this choas. The show is great although it is a little cliche I mean you'll see most of the story parallels stuff that has been done in many zombie movies and shows many times. But I for one think the show is a great with very nice visual and some stunning animations. The main cast is great and when you put all the different personalities together it makes for a great show that has its comedic moments as well as its serious ones. Death,Carnage,Zombies, and what kind of show would it be without fan service. Its in its 10th episode currently and I give it an 8/10
